Hello! I’m Chai /KAI/, and I’m delighted that you’re taking the time to read a little bit about me and my business!

I started this journey after the pandemic hit. I was looking for ways to make myself healthier in both body and mind. I’ve always tried to take my vitamins, but I’m absolutely rubbish at remembering to take them, plus I hate taking tablets. I had vitamins in my cupboard with every intention of taking them. But I would only remember if I felt myself getting ill, or if I felt a bit run down.

I fell pregnant in 2020 and unfortunately suffered with hyperemesis gravidarum. It’s basically morning sickness that is all day and night, it knocked me off my feet. I couldn’t even drink water and I was bedridden for weeks. I knew that I needed to stay healthy because I had a baby growing in my belly but I couldn’t eat or drink anything. This is when I started looking into vitamins and supplements that you could take sublingually (under the tongue). I started a herbalist course and was absolutely amazed at the health benefits of both vitamins and herbal supplements!

I took vitamin B12, C, D3 and K2 and I started to feel better both physically and mentally. I honestly swear by these vitamins for a healthy mind and body!

When I started feeling better I decided that I wanted everyone to know about supplements that you could just drop under your tongue.
I’m one of seven sisters and after talking their ears off about wanting to start a business doing this, and making them taste different formulas, and getting help on my branding and logos from my graphic designer sister, and getting advice about the mental benefits of vitamins from my psychologist sister, and help with my social media from my TikTok loving sister and just bombarding my sisters with ideas for months and months, I finally had a collection together and a business to launch. I called my business ‘Health from The Pleiades’ after the seven sisters constellation as a nod to each of my beautiful sisters who have helped me no end.
I put together seven products that can work really well together, but each has its own qualities that can be used alone.

I use my products daily and I love them. I hope you love them too!
